Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using startersgummies.com (the “Site”) or buying products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Starters Gummies is a brand of AB Creation Ventures LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to use the Site and to purchase. You represent that you are at least 21. We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe you are under 21.

2. Products

We sell hemp-derived products (including Delta-9 gummies and THCA hash rosin) and merchandise. Products are for personal use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. You are responsible for knowing the law where you live and where the order will be delivered.

3. Shipping and restricted states

We only ship hemp-derived products to destinations where we choose to fulfill under our shipping policy. Merchandise ships to all 50 U.S. states and D.C.

Gummies and other hemp-derived Delta-9 edibles do not ship to: Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming.

Hash rosin and other THCA concentrates do not ship to: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming.

We may update these lists at any time. Checkout is the control that matters. If an item cannot ship to your address, do not attempt to circumvent the restriction. We may cancel any order that we cannot lawfully or operationally fulfill and refund the cancelled items.

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier, weather, or volume delays. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier accepts the package.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock. We may cancel, limit, or refuse an order. Prices can change before you pay. You authorize the payment method used at checkout.

5. Refunds

All sales of hemp-derived products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except as stated in our Refund Policy. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, logos, images, and marks belong to AB Creation Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AB Creation Ventures LLC and Starters Gummies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
