3. Products & Hemp-Derived Items
Starters Gummies offers hemp-derived products. These products are sold for personal use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. All products comply with applicable federal and state laws at the time of sale.
4. Shipping & Restricted States
We ship hemp-derived products only to states where such products are legally permitted. We currently do not ship hemp/THC-A products to: [Insert your current restricted states list]. Merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.) can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or high volume. All sales of hemp products are final — see our Refund Policy for details.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Exceptions may be made only for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours of delivery.
